Children from 3 years old can skate on our ice rink. We hold a limited selection of bob skates – double bladed skates which offer greater stability for younger skaters. These are available on a first come, first served basis.
We also have a range of skating aids to help younger skaters at a cost of £5.00 per session, these are ideal for younger skaters needing more stability. Skate aids are limited and must be booked in advance of your session.
All children aged between 3 and 9 years old (inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult (18+) on the ice. One adult per child.
Children aged between 10 and 12 years of age must also be accompanied by an adult (18+). This adult does not have to be on the ice but MUST be watching at all times. A ratio of 1 adult to 5 children will be accepted for this age range.

Christmas isn’t complete without a festive family outing and ice-skating at our beautiful outdoor rink ticks all the boxes! Fun in the fresh air, laughs a-plenty and a round of (pretty much compulsory) hot chocolates afterwards whilst discussing who fell over the most!
